After its successful IPO and share listing on the First North Exchange
IT InterGroup A/S has announced significant further strengthening of its FastPassCorp software division. This marks a significant step towards reaching ambitious growth targets.

IT InterGroup has announced significant additions to the sales force in FastPassCorp, its software division. FastPassCorp is on track to develop its presence in selected target markets such as United Kingdom, Germany and Scandinavia.

“We are very pleased to announce the strengthening of our sales team only a few weeks after our share listing on First North. We have attracted some very experienced new talent, and I believe this will enable us to reach our ambitious sales targets even sooner,” said Managing Director Jesper Østergaard, IT InterGroup A/S.

FastPassCorp’s new Marketing Director is Karsten Rendemann, who previously held a similar role at Guidex. Among his areas of focus will be the pursuit of opportunities in the North American market.

FastPassCorp CTO Richard Blackham is joining Omada, already an OEM partner to FastPassCorp. At Omada, Richard Blackham will take on a role as Program Manager. Omada is a highly regarded international supplier of Identity Management solutions in Microsoft systems environments.

IT InterGroup was selected for the much coveted “Gazelle” business growth award by the Danish daily Børsen in 2005 and again in 2006.
