Gasas challenge of password management was that the typical user Gasa had three different user IDs and passwords to the AD with Citrix, AS/400 and SAP. It resulted in a heavy burden of IT-operation resources in connection with calls to the help desk which reduced the general level of service to the dissatisfaction of the users.

The challenge was to create an easier and more secure access to the systems and at the same time improve service and reduce costs. "Our goal was honoured with the implementation of FastSync from the FastPass Password Manager suite.
